Sweet Summer Linky: Doubles Powerpoint Creation

Sunday, July 7, 2013 / 7 comments

I am linking up with 24/7 Teacher to share my latest summer creation that I plan on using this fall with my 2nd graders. It is a very FUN and interactive Powerpoint that introduces and teaches all addition doubles facts up to ten. Here are some pictures of the slides:

The visual images that go along with each fact truly help the children remember the CORRECT answers. I have these posters hanging up in my classroom all year. They are for sale at my TpT store which you can grab HERE. In this Powerpoint I embedded a few videos that are HILARIOUS. Check them out:
This video goes hand in hand with the Double Rap slide:

  1. This is genuine gold! Resources to help with fact fluency are extremely valuable! Thank you so much for taking the time to post everything! I really appreciate it!!!

The teachers in the video did a great job! They all stayed in character! Funny!!! "Know what I mean!"--- my fav part.

Do you happen to be one of the teachers in the video?

  6. Thanks for posting! I also love to do something like this. I only do it in the form of presentations and use the huge amount of different templates, such as those http://charts.poweredtemplate.com/powerpoint-diagrams-charts/data-driven-diagrams-charts/0/index.html
