The "apps" are colored CD holders and I simply typed up name cards, printed them on cardstock stock and then had them laminated. I have always had a hard time keeping track of who had what job so everyone had a turn to do each job throughout the year. So this year, instead of checking off in my grade book, I made sticky labels that I put on the back of each name card. The labels have abbreviations of each job and I just check and go. This little tweak in my job system has made a world of difference for me. It is so quick and easy :)
